Sharp Pain In Back And Heart. Why? Is It Due To Basket Ball?

I sometimes get shocks through my heart area, and sometimes around my back there sharp pains and i have gotten an ekg i dnt think thats enough what should i doo and whats the reason this is happening to me im 18 years old i weight 150 , and play alot of basketball three hours a day and i bike ride i just dnt knoe this feeling started for awhile already

Your problem is related to overexertion and pulled muscles of back.
The cardiac pain does not fleet like that and you are quite young and active.
Still if you want total security then you should have a cardiac ECHO and a TMT test done in nearest hospital.
