Sharp Pain Above Collar Bone, Lump Under Chin, Cyst Present Under Tooth. Causes For Pain?

I have been having sharp stinging pains all around my neck above collar bone also woke up today and had a pea sized painful ball under chin . I just found out I have a cyst or something under my back tooth and was put on amoxicillin and referred to a specialist to see whats going on. So could this be the cause of all the pain in my neck?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The small nodule that you have noticed is likely to be a swollen lymph node due to the infection in the oral cavity. the pain in the neck is not likely to be related to the nodule. It can be due to a muscle spasm or pull.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
