Shaking In The Morning. Have Underactive Thyroid. Taking B12 Injections

I periodically shake in the morning upon waking feels like an internal tremor and will last approx 1 minute. Have experienced this for around a couple years now. I have an underactive thyroid and chrons for which I was taking immune suppression meds until 6 months ago. I have b12 injections 8 weekly. Currently on no meds for chrons as under review

Hi

Tremors are known in the thyroid problems, especially if the thyroid is overactive, may be you are on the higher dosages of the thyroid hormone than you actually need.

Please get your thyroid levels checked, probably the dose needs adjustment.
