Everybody gains weight during pregnancy
and mostly you come back to your routine self after an year of pregnancy. So there is nothing to panic about. If you are not feeling hungry try getting a thyroid
assay and liver profile done. Try eating regular meals instead of regular junk food and eat food rich in protein and fat. If you are not a vegan, then animal food will be a good choice. eggs also help in increasing your weight.
