Severe Stomach Pain, Not PMS, No Vomiting Sensation. What Could The Cause Be?

Hi, i am 15 year old female and i am having really bad stomach pain. I left school it was hurting so bad. I slept and it felt better but it still hurts when i move. i havent thrown up- nor do i feel like throwing up. I think i had a fever ealier but have not had any medicine. im wondering if this is something serious or minor? I also know its not PMS . I have already had my period 2 weeks ago!

Hi
If the pain is in stomach region it can be due to gastritis.If it is severe it can be a peptic ulcer.If it is in left lower region it can be appendicitis.Urinary infections will have a lower abdominal pain with painful urination.Gastritis can be relieved by hot application or intake of antacid.Even in gynecologic problems like ovarian cyst it can happens.If no relief better consult your doctor.
