Hi If the pain is in stomach region it can be due to gastritis. If it is severe it can be a peptic ulcer. If it is in left lower region it can be appendicitis.Urinary infections will have a lower abdominal pain with painful urination.Gastritis can be relieved by hot application or intake of antacid.Even in gynecologic problems like ovarian cyst it can happens. If no relief better consult your doctor. thanks
