Severe Ringworm Infection In Groin. Applying Candid B Cream, Slow Relief. Different Medication?

I have a severe condition of ringworm in the groin region and it has been about 2 weeks since i started treatment wth candid b cream..... the symptims hve reduced yet recovry is very slow and it is affecting my life a lot....please suggest medicine for this...nd should i go for any oral formulation?? If any...which ones are best in India.....Thank u

Hi dear
Welcome to the HCM,
Oral Fluconazole tablet can be taken weekly once .
Always apply miconazole dusting powder after bath.
All the undergarments should be ironed daily from inside before using them, so that any hyphae left of fungus do not flare up.
Antifungal cream with mild steroid like beclamethasone will help in quick recovery.
