Severe Red, Painful Rashes In Butt Near Vagina, Tender Skin. Help

HI! im a girl and i have severe rashes under my butt not exactly under but a bit inside towards my vagina. The skin has become very tender and pains a lot. The area is also red. Anything touching those wounds pains. I am not even able to wear my underwear due to this but i have to wear. It pains a lot. I hope u can help me!

You have not mentioned your age, which would have helped.
You seem to have fungal infection. Sweat and moisture facilitate the growth of fungi in this area.
Other possibility is of boils or bacterial infection.

You may take symptomatic treatment in the form of anti histamine and painkillers.
Maintain proper hygiene. Keep the area dry and put loose fitting clothes.
I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for examination and appropriate treatment.
