Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

Migraine cannot be cured; But there are few things, if followed correctly can get rid of it.
Drink plenty of warm water
Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables
Have food everyday at the same time and avoid skipping of meals
Sleep for at least 7-8 hours in a day
Avoid exposure to bright light and loud sounds
Avoid canned foods, fizzy drinks, chocolate, coffee and cheese

When you feel you are getting an attack of migraine, immediately, take an anti-inflammatory medicine such as diclofenac or ibuprofen.

Wish you good health.

Regards
Dr. Naveen Kumar N.
ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon
