About a month ago, I ve started having muscle aches, normally my neck and back, but sometimes in my legs and arms. It os usually worse when I wake up. Any idea what I could be experiencing?

Hello.
Thanks for posting your query.

During pregnancy and lactation there is increased demand of calcium , minerals and vitamins. If these are not taken in sufficient amount during these periods, mother get deficincy of these nutrients and causes generalised muscular ache.

So I advise you to take diet rich in Omega 3 fatty acid , complex carbohydrate, Vit-D &calcium, fruits and vegetables.
Take low fat diet.
Drink ample of water.
Watch your weight.
Exercise regularly.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.
