Severe Cough And Greenish Bulgum. History Of Snowfelia. Tests To Show This Disease?

CAN U PLZ ADVISE WHAT IS SNOWFELIA. i hv got mysef checked by various doctors and all tests carried out. no negative results found. suffering from very bad cough with greenish bulgum especially early morning. had lots of medicines but it is growing continuosly with lots of irritation. about 15 - 20 yrs back i had positive symptoms of snowfelia. what tests should i carry out to find if i m suffering from this decease only. plz advise

Thanks for writing your query.

Eosinophilia is a condition in which the eosinophil cell count increases than the normal range(0-6).
It is usually seen in allergic conditions and worm infestation.

You should get following investigations done :-
1. Complete Blood Count.
2. Absolute Eosinophil count.
3. Throat swab culture.

You can take an antihistamine like cetrizine 10 mg along with an antibiotic according to the reports of the investigations mentioned above.

Also get yourself clinically examined and investigated for proper medical management.
