Severe Bleeding, Cramps, Swollen Stomach. Had Abortion. What Should Be Done?

hi, I had an abortion with misoprostol like 8days ago, had cramps nd heavy bleeding but three days ago I noticed the cramps are more severe heavy bleeding nd my tommy feels hard nd swollen under and also my breast has been producing some kind of goo liquid ..and im not sure what this means.. cramps get real painful pain killers don't help nd I cant really move

Thanks for the query.

After undergoing medical abortion better to rule out presence of any retained products by ultrasound.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and undergo ultrasound.
By this presence of retained products or pelvic infection etc. can be ruled out.
If there is any retained products you may need D&C.
After ruling out these things you can go for pain killers for symptomatic treatment.
