Severe bilateral breast pain even after finishing periods. Alcoholic, over weight. What to do ?

I m 54years old and have had severe bilateral breast pain for over two weeks. I just got a period, which I hadn t had for over three months and some pain subsided but I still have pain. im an alcoholic and i ve also been gaining alot of weight. I sleep minimally due to night shift. and am depressed most of the time. The breast pain is what I m inquiering about.

Welcome to HCM,
It seems that due to menopause time there is hormonal change taking place giving rise to this type of symptoms.
During this time breast tenderness, weight gaining, anxiety-deprssion, irregular periods are common problems.
Attend Menopause clinic and know about your problems.
