Sensitive Mole Near The Eye With Swelling. Treatment?

I have a mole by my left eye. At first I thought there was a pimple forming underneath, but now I am having some swelling around the eye and the mole is sensitive to the touch. I dont have medical insurance and would like to know the most economical way to have it treated. Should I go to a quick care type office of look up a detmatologist to go to?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, it seems that you are having pigmented melanocytic nevus with mild infection. Take short course of antibiotics with anti inflammatory drugs. Then you may undergo electrocautery procedure. It is economical OPD procedure. Mild scar may remain after healing. Otherwise it is safe and least expensive procedure. But , it should be done by competent dermatologist.. Ok
