Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM
With information you have given, it is strong possibilty you have small airway obstruction along with naso bronchial allegy.
This is intermittant and in between you can do good exercise, so it is advisable to consult a Chest Physician.
After physical examination a X ray chest along with blood test for allegy like serum IgE level and routine test like CBC,FBS,Ceatinine and Pumonary Function test (Spirometry) will tell you if you have Obstructive airways disease.
Even a effect of bronchodialators on lungs can be assesed.
If required lateron Allergy testing may be performed.
Many prophylactic medicine and quick relif medicine may be given to help you.
Take care.
Best of Luck
