Dear Karthik,
You have described things very haphazardly, what I can guess you are having a significant weight loss, You have not mentioned any investigation, your age, sex life etc.
But with this much information I would say you may have very serious health problem. Please consult nearest healthcare facility.
Chances are- HIV, Malignancies, Chronic Infections like Tuberculosis, histoplasmosis, KalaAzar to name a few, or GIT problems like Crohn's disease or Ulcerative Colitis.
You should get CBC, RFT, LFT, Stool and Urine exam., CXR, ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMAN to help in the diagnosis. Any guess work based treatment will delay proper treatment.
