Semen analysis shows 25 to 30 % motility, 25ml sperm count. On Cabergoal, Levocar. Any ways to improve motility ?

my name is AAAA . my age 35 year. i got marriage five years ago. but i have no baby.the doctor prescribe semen analysis 02.12.2012. motility slow25%-30%. total- sperm count 25ml . than take medicine 1.cabergoal05mg.two tab one weeks.2levocar330mg.two times in daily 3.rab-20 two times in daily.e-vit two timesin daily but i have no improve motility pls suggest me?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Oligoasthenospermia.You have been taking medicines to improve motility of he sperms.To be honest there are no medicines that can increase the sperm count and motility the sperms .
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.
1) Practice regular exercise fior 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and vit A,C,D,E.
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
