Cardiac Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
I think you want to know the condition from this report.
The report says the patient is having a hole in the heart. Pure and impure blood gets mixed.
I would like to know the age of the patient.
It is a small ASD, will require some sort of intervention. May be suitable for device closure.
Consult a cardiologist.
Good luck.
