Safe To Take Kionex When Patient Has High Blood Pressure And Diabetes?

my mama was prescribed kionex and I am not sure if she should be taking it because of the instructions don't seem adequate or reasonable it sounds like a high dosage and she has high blood pressure and diabetes. also the potasiun level is high and the doctor office is closed instructions are take 30grams (120mg) by mouth every 6hrs for 2 doses

Kionex is not safe to take with hypertension.It can be used to treat hyperkalimia.It is contraindicated post surgery till bowel movement are normal. No problem to use it when potassium level is high.
