STI and STD blood urine negative,tickling in urethra,sensitive to lactose.

Been having tickling in urethra recently been tested for STI and STDs blood urine came up negative. Became sensitive to lactose such as milk and excess cheese. Many muscular aches and join pain in random places. Had a few years of prescription drug abuse has been 2 years + since that time..... 24 yr old male in good physical health 170lbs 5 10

If all the tests are negative for any infection or any specific disease,then nothing to worry. These things can happen due to altered physiology due to life style. Take good amount of drinking plain water( 5--6 litres/day). Have good sleep at night( >8 hours). Do some exercise like morning walk or skipping or go to GIM. Take multivitamine-multimineral tablet( like A TO Z tablet + vitamine E ( EVION ) for 1 month. You will be fine hopefully.
