Right Nipple Sore With A Little Lump Below It. Hair On Chest And Little Beard. Help In Understanding What Could This Be?

Hi I m 21 male 6 0 and about 190 pounds, I m in okay shape I go to the gym maybe once or twice a week but I haven t been lately because of school and work, I have been stressed out lately, and really tired and my diet hasn t been great. But the other day I have noticed that my right nipple was sore and has a small lump or bump almost directly underneath it maybe just a little down and to the outer right, but I can see it poking out very slightly. From what I ve read briefly online theres a strong like 90% chance that its not cancer related since its painful, but I ve also read it could be hormones but I m 21 and I think out of puberty? But I just recently started growing a little hair on my chest and I can t grow a full beard.. I need help understanding what this is on my own before I seek a doctor due to no insurance and me being low on funds.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry too much. I advice you not to fall prey to incomplete information. The articles and information available in internet may not be accurate and enough. Doctors consider so many factors before concluding the diagnosis. They rely mostly on pathological tests and experience.

Therefore, I suggest you to go and consult a physician who can help you in this matter. because worrying about the unknown illness can be fatal mentally. Can lead to a mental disorder named hypochondriasis.

You need psychotherapy and other cognitive behavioral therapies. I can help you through telephone. Please do contact me through customer care of www.healthcaremagic.com for a telephonic consultation session.

Hope you understand. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
