Hello
Redness following use of contact lens can be because of allergy or because of corneal abrasion or because of tight fit of contact lens.
Presence of itching along with redness indicate allergy and it requires treatment by discontinuation of lens and by use of anti allergic eye drops.
Presence of pain along with redness indicate corneal abrasion and treatment is by discontinuation of contact lens and use of antibiotic and artificial tears eye drops.
Presence of hazy vision and redness o my after wearing the lens indicate tight fit and treatment is by changing the fitting of lens by lenses of different diameter.
Hence I advice you to discontinue contact lenses if the redness of eyes persists and consult eye doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.
Thank you.
