Report Showed Negative Pregnancy, Anteverted Uterus, No Fibroids, Bowel Gas Obscuring Both Adnexa, No Free Pelvic Fluid. Explain

What does this mean?

FINDINGS:
This report assumes negative pregnancy test.

The uterus is anteverted and measures 10.6 x 7.0 x 5.4 cm. The
myometrium is slightly heterogenous but no focal fibroids are
demonstrated.
The endometrium measures 2.1 cm thick, within normal limits for a
premenopausal female.

The right ovary was seen only transabdominally, measures 1.7 x 1.8 x
1.5 cm (2 mL), and is unremarkable.
The left ovary was seen only transabdominally, measures 2.4 x 1.4 x
1.5 cm (3 mL), and is unremarkable.
Bowel gas obscures both adnexa.

There is no free pelvic fluid.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, as the uterus, is anteverted and normal size, endomatrium ovaries are also normal, only finding is bowel gas is obscuring the adenexa means there is accumulation of gas in the intestines due to some infection in the intestines.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel . Thank you.
