Hi and welcome to HCM, madam.
You should wait with seually intercourse till antibotic treatment is over. Smelling discharge will pass with treatment, but you should do swab test after therapy. YOu should do frequent check ups because of cancer in history. This includes colposcopy and PAPA test. There is no need to hurry with sex, because tampon was aggravated bacterial contamination and it wouldnt be safe for you and your partner to have any kind of sex. Wait 1-2 weeks after last antibiotic pill.
WIsh you good health.
