Remedy For The Cracks And Foreskin Problem In The Penis?

lo, im a bit embarrased about my body atm. Im 18 and basically, my foreskin seems to stick at the last bit of the tip of the penis when I pull it back, like the sort of bulbous bit. I also noticed that area seems cracked almost. Is there any medicine I can take at home before I go to the doctor as I really dont want to. Sorry for the description and all. Its just embarrassing going to the doctor and also stops my confidence getting a partner. I am also a virgin if that helps rule out sti or stds

Hi,
From history it seems that due to collecting smegma under foreskin for long time due to not cleaning under foreskin leading to belanoprostitis.
Gradually start cleaning fore skin bye averting foreskin and clean all smegma collected.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Apply also some moisturizing cream afterwards.
Make a habit of cleaning foreskin while taking bath.
If foreskin is not rolling over the glans afterwards, consult surgeon to rule out Phimosis.
Ok and take care.
