Hi, I am 28 yrs old with regular menstrual cycle. I had my last period October 1. yesterday I noticed a few brownish streaks on the tissue I used wiping my vaginal area with post urination and then today I found a blackish clump and clear vaginal discharge . Can you tell me what this is? I am sexually active so I guess I am worried that I am pregnant. Worried also that I may have a disease. Please reply! Thank you
