Regular Ear Pain On Hearing Loud Noises, Excessive Cell Phone Usage, Throat Pain. Causes For Symptoms?

Hey my sister is having a ear pain on a regular basis now days. She also having problem while she is exposed to loud voices (Horn or traffic). She uses her celll phone for about 1-2 hours continuously. Please advise, is it due to excessive use of phone or its due to some thing else. Also, i must mention she is having throat pain from last 2 days.

Take ear rest ,
keep your ears dry and put soda glycerine drops for this.
Take oral antibiotics and antipyretics like ibuprefen .you should do gargles and take some green tea I recommend to have a proper clinical examination.
