Redness, Swelling, Itching After Applying Pressure On Any Part Of The Body. Reason?

hi i am a 22 year old female non smoker non drinker and healthy. height:167; weight: 85 lately and upon applying any pressure to any part of my body it gets red, warm,swollen and a bit itchy (painful too) and by pressure i mean perforation of some papers, carrying bags on my arms.. the symptoms are not persistent .. relieved after 1-2 days. thank you

it is type of allergic reaction
you need to avoid any activity that required pressure .
take anti histaminic when required
drink more water and avoid stress .
if not get better than better to consult dermatologist
you may required blood test also
