Redness On Neck, Chest. Lighter Round Blotches On Chest. Is This The Sun Damage?

i have redness on my neck and chest area. occasionally, i see lighter round blotches on my chest. is this sun damage? my skin was not always sensitive, and it is now just in those areas. whenever i scratch or rub my neck, it gets red and looks like I have hives. the hives appearance just started two days ago and has faded a little. now, my skin feels warmer, like I have sunburn.

Hi, It seems that you are having either irritant contact dermatitis or sun burn, Both responds to antihistaminics with short course of steroids and local application to mild steroid cream. Avoid sun exposure . Avoid soap bath. .. I hope you will get good result. Still, you consult dermatologist .
