Red spots in groin area, itching, regular sweating in groin area. Using forcan. Permanent cure?

hi...i have got some small red spots in my groin area which looks like an antifungal infection. When I take forcan 150 the itching stops and the area is clear. But again after 2 weeks the same issue. Can you suggest the problem. I regular visit the gym and sweating in the groin is regular. Await your reply with some suggestion

hello , you first have to tell the texture of that small red spots , and how many they are , are they painful. these spots are due to many reasons , most likely if they are recurring they are herpes infection , you must consult your skin specialist, so that proper antiviral can be started
