Red Itchy Spots On Glands And Foreskin, Reappearing, Appears After Eating Sweets. Fungal Infection? Remedy?
At least once a week I develop one or two red itchy spots on the glans and foreskin which
go away upon applying a topical anti fungal cream (Vytone). After a few days it comes back
and I repeat the process. I noticed that this usually happens soon after eating sweets (ice cream,
certain fruits, desert) Is this a fungal infection and if so, what other cream should I try
for better, longer lasting results?

Hi,
It seems that you are having fungal infection only.
Apart from local anti-fungal cream go for oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozle.
Clean fore skin by averting fore skin daily while taking bath.
Keep part clean, dry and airy.
