Red Dot On Neck Which Is Increasing In Size

My 14 year old son has a growth on side of neck. It started out as a red dot its getting bigger and bleeds at the tip of it what is it and can I use a planters wart kit to freeze it off? The diameter was the size of a coffe staw now its the size of a soda sraw and petrudes out 1/4 to 1/2 inch now

hi,thanks for query.Corn and callosity at this is not normal.Please do not try any home remedies and please see your primary care physician at earliest.It could be mole,but at it is growing in size and bleeding at times,it should not be ignored.
