Red Bump Below Rib Cage, Itching. What Might This Be?

I noticed a red bump below my right rib cage area that resembled a pimple or misquito bite. It itches like a misquite bite and gradually spread into two small patches , one in the original place and one a bit lower toward the right waistline area. There was one bump very near to my navel but does not seem to have spread. Today, I noticed a small place on the front of my neck that looks like a half inch scratch and itches slightly, though I have refrained from scratching . Can you help me figure out what this might be?
