red blotches beneath the skin on the palms and on the lips My mom, 67 yrs. old, has red spots beneath the skin on the palms of her hands and now on her lips. She s been sickly for the past few months. She has been very forgetful and confused (like Alzheimer s) and mean. She s been having shaking spells in the middle of the night, dizzy spells, and light headedness. She has a history of breast cancer and had a mastectomy about 12 years ago and doesn t get regular check ups. Also, she refuses to go to the doctor .
