Recurring pain in the leg after microdisectomy, have similar symptoms in arms, extreme fatigue, suspicion of sciatica. Suggestion?

Hi, i had a microdisectomy last August on L4/L5 region which relived my left leg pain and back pain . I had returned to work in October last year and resumed full duties in December only to have knee pain by end of February in same leg. i now have symptoms in arms, legs and get extreme fatigue . Can you help me as my doctor says its Sciatica .

Hi..All the above symptoms are suggestive of nerve roots compression.. need to be clinically examined and need to get MRI of spine.. consult orthopedician for more details
