Recurring Indigestion, Burning In Chest, Sore Throat, Body Pain And Chest Congestion. What Could This Be?
Sure. Have had upset gastro type issues off and I. For almost 10 days...now having fatigue, off and on indigestion burning in chest, slight sore throat, body aches (not so severe) slight fatigue and congestion in chest. No fever though. Just really tired. Stomach is still really queasy/gurgly. Energy level comes and goes.

1.Avoid fatty meals 2. Don't lie down soon after meals for at least half hour 3.Take small and frequent meals, instead of full meals at a time 4. wear loose clothes 5. If you are overweight or obese do weight reduction with dieting and exercise 6. Avoid straining while defecation, lifting heavy weight, coughing, sneezing and smoking if you do
