Recurring Deep And Painful Ingrown Pubic Hair, Turns Into Pus Filled Lesions, Scarred. Laser Hair Removal Possible ?

My 17 year old daughter has recurring deep and painful ingrown pubic hairs that turn into puss filled lesions and end up scarring as well. She has been on antibiotics numerous times due to infection from these. We have seen numerous doctors and have been told that the only solution is laser hair removal. United Healthcare is willing to do a manual review of medical necessity but I will have to have a CPT code and Diagnosis code. How can I obtain the most accurate codes so we have the best chance of obtaining coverage for this?

I am sorry I am unaware of these particular codes and their use.

But I would also like to state that laser remival would be the most logical solution. Conducted over several sittings, to complete the course you it might take you 3-6 months and several sessions. But this would surely help you.
