Rectal Bleeding Due To Weight Lifting. Blood In Stool. Normal Colonoscopy Report. Should I Be Worried?

I had rectal bleeding a few times so I went to the doc. They ordered a colonscopy and said it was because I had done some heavy lifting the week of the bleeding (this is true). Nothing showed on the colonoscopy . I lifted heavy again on Friday and have had 2 times this weekend where there was blood in my stool . Should I be concerned?
