Reason For Swelling In The Armpit And Ankle?

It s been two years I started to anxiety issues. Dr told me that I have depression so she described me adivan once I took it I started to feel more subdued and very dizzy . I stopped taking it it s been 5 months without it I feel much better. Now I have this feeling on my neck and collarbone that feels like it s burning . It started first on my right arm near armpits . Armpits feels swollen . Lately I m getting a very tired feeling and have thoughts of anger and always thinking repetitive thoughts. I keep feeling I m dying.And my ankle is swollen too

Hello,

It is a typical presentation of Cervical spondylitis. Here the cervical nerves may be compressed due to erosion of the neck bones.
I would advise an X ray and MRI of the neck to confirm the diagnosis. Regular physiotherapy for neck muscle strengthening and analgesics for pain is needed. Multivitamin and calcium may be added.
