I did have a lump/spot or something on my inner groin I popped it and I got all the blood out..... Three days later I can still feel the lump or something and I popped it but this time nothing came out but I felt it popped inside... Had no pain or anything though, felt very weird, what is this ?

Hi. This can be an abscess which you popped up and now under the process of getting healed. So you got the sensation you felt so. This may take few days to few weeks to settle. You may go for antibiotic therapy and medicines for reducing swelling. If there is increase or pain or any other problem , better to consult a Doctor , as this area is nasty for healing .
