Reason For Pain In Butt Hole And Pus Coming With Blood While Passing Stool
my butt hole has been hurting for the past 2 days and I notice when I wipe my butt and pooping there s puss like stuff with blood coming out I ve had gas for the past 3 days but nothing smells just gas. Can anyone tell me what might it be and what do I need to do to take care of it?

I really appreciate your concern the given history here is suggestive of infection that might be in rectum area if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines,
1) Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice in day for five days
2) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days
