hi.. i have a large swollen hard painfull lump under my chin accopanied by a very bad headache... Its not a swollen gland and not a saliver gland blockage... Ive had it for 5 days and its gettin worse.. can u give me some advise please. i have raised intracranial pressure and an.lp shunt in place

the features what you are giving looks like there could be some odontogenic infection like periapical cyst or other cystic lesions, or it could be space infection...consult a dentist to rule out the cause and get radiographs done in relation to lower anterior teeth..
