Reason For Frequent Herpes Outbreaks Despite Taking Valtrex And Famcyclovir?

I am 43year old female healthy fit juice daily and am not under unusual stress, I use biodentical hormones , progesterone , dhea , estriodol when needed aim having frequent herpes outbreaks while taking daily 1000 mg valtrex & 500 mg famcyclovir. I have no idea why in last year this is happening diet same and have had herpes 10/15 years ?

I am so sorry to hear about this frequent herpes outbreak despite being on treatment. If I may ask, how many episodes have you had in the past 12months? I will suggest that you get your medications and this condition checked out. We may attribute every new occurrence to herpes outbreak of which it may be representing rather another disease condition. It should be very unlikely for recurrent outbreaks given these daily dosages that I strongly suspect another disease condition should be considered and the rash evaluated fully.
