Reason For Clicking At Adam's Apple And Difficulty Swallowing?

Had clicking at adam's apple (L side) , now is hard to swallow - was a bit sore on L side in same spot just prior (for about 1 week). Not sure what it is. otherwise, I feel well..no fever, cough, or flu symptoms. Upon palpation, glands don't feel swollen, but will continue to check.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Clicking at Adam's apple is a normal phenomena. But the sore is due to an infection or trauma due to repeated pushing of Adam's apple. So it is better not to put pressure on the Adam's apple. If the sore is persisting or the neck nodes appear even after 48 hours, then you should visit an ENT Specialist.
