Rash On Leg Spread To Whole Body With Itching. History Of Having Knee Replacement Surgery. No Help From Antihistamines, Creams. Guide

Hi, My wife had knee placement surgery in 2010; about 2 months later she developed rash on leg with replacement and later the rash was over many parts of her body. She has been on treatment (anti-histamine, creams, and most recently light treatments in October 2013. Itching and rash continues. Any helpful hints to fix the problem?
