Rash In Children Keeps Comming And Going, Eczema. Red Spots With White Heads. Whats The Remedy?

My daughters aged 3 and 5 have had a rash that keeps coming and going over past eight or so weeks, they have excema and we first thought it was infected, but it dosnt seem to be. Eldest daughter has had course of antibiotics which made no difference. It improves for a day or two after going swimming. Its little red spots, sometimes with tiny white head in middle.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

The eczema if was infected does require antibiotics and hence i would suggest you complete the course of antibiotics.

Thereafter for complete remission you will have to get them examined by a dermatologist who could advise steroid cream which could clear the skin lesions.

Regards.
