Rapid Heartbeat, High BP, Shaking, Losing Weight, Tiredness. Advice?

Hi I a 43 year old male. I've been having episodes of rapid heart beat, my blood pressure shots up and I start shaking or get tremmores all over . Those episodes last for few minutes then I have the urge to pee almost right after each episode. and I have been getting them on and off for the past 9 months. I lost weight like 20 pounds in 3 month and feel tired and dizzy almost every day most of the day. Please a device. Thank u!

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

See an Internist / get yourself examined / Usually, basic investigation will be necessary
Hormones like thyroid, steroid, adrenaline – may have to be evaluated…
EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
Good luck
