Raised Brown Mole On Neck, Surgically Removed, Redness, Swelling, Burning On Touching. Skin Cancer?

hi, i had a raised brown mole on my neck which the doctor removed by burning, a month ago, and the surgical site was red and flat. Now, it is red and raised, and it burns when i touch it. I have noticed these changes in the last week. it is about a 1cm i diameter, but i can feel a lump underneath. Could it be a skin cancer?

Hi,
Probably this is not skin cancer. If it was a clinical suspicious lesion your doctor would have been advised a tissue diagnosis. It seems to be a simple mole, post treatment infection may be the cause of symptoms mentioned by you. Consult your dermatologist for detailed clinical examination and opinion.
