Radiating Pain In Shoulders And Clavicle Area On Left Side. Experiencing High BP. Anything Concerned?

Hi, I have some pain radiating from my shoulder/chest/ clavicle area on my left side. It happened suddenly and when it first started it radiated down my arm and to my fingers, it has now localized into my that area. it s an ache/throb, it s a noticeable pain, not the worst of my life, but uncomfortable. I experience abnormally high blood pressure today, should I be concerned?
