Welcome to Healthcare Magic

You are probably looking at a pulsating brachial artery towards the inside of your arm. It may be a normal finding especially in old age when skin fat is reduced making arteries and veins prominent. It can occur after exercise, meals, alcohol, high blood pressure and older age. Better to get your blood pressure tested for safety.
