Hello dear Understand your concern You should consult the gynecologist for successful abortion. It is confidential process and no body will know about your abortion. Preabortion USG and pelvic examination are necessary before abortion to confirm intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days. Do not use by self without observation and guidance as it cause serious complication. By method, 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally or orally after 24 hour. Another 400 ug misoprostol after four hour under supervision of gynecologist. After 14 days,abortion process completeness should be checked by USG.
